I am in the Hampton Roads Virginia area – let me know where and when your event is! I will let you know right away if I can hold the date for you! Please understand I request half up front to book. Let’s talk so I can ask some questions about your unique event and we can come to agreement!
Pricing – $100 minimum, cost will depend on parameters such as: how far/long I have to travel to get there, how long I am in the air/ performing, whether it is ambient or fixed show time(s), if there are multiple apparatus/dance styles requested, if you request a specific style or theme or costume.
I can provide insured aerial silks, aerial lyra, jazz and tap dance performance, including music, with some basic acrobatic moves incorporated. I cannot provide pyrotechnics nor instruction. This can be ambient / background / improv, or a prepared routine at set times. I am happy to work with other performers and happy to perform to your event music.
I am an economical and fun choice to add to your small event entertainment. If I can’t provide what you are looking for, I may know someone in the area who can.
Nitty gritty details:
You understand 10’x10′ square space on a flat floor or ground is required for the rig. You understand the aerial rig can be 9, 16, 20, or 24 feet high. I will need location access and space and time to set the rig up well prior to performing.
I can use other rigging points if the engineering specifications are provided, I can visually inspect the rigging, and have access for rehearsal prior to the performance, but absolutely nothing over 30′.
You understand that in the event of wind or rain, if outdoors, safety is paramount and performances will be adjusted accordingly by me.
You agree to accommodate physical entry/admission for free to your event space for myself and one assistant.
I will add the location to my insurance policy and a certificate pdf will be sent to you – please provide an email for this purpose. This requires a few business days. You agree to: no fire, no audience participation, no instruction, no others using my rig as these are not allowed by my insurance. You agree to provide verbal support for keeping children and all event attendees safely off the apparatus should the question arise.
You understand I may be recording video of the rig area throughout, and I reserve the right to share images of my performance at the event. Should images of the performance be of interest for your business or personal promotion, AFA must be credited (with “AFA” or “angelafit.com”).
If I determine the situation to be unsafe for aerial performance, other ground performances may be substituted, or no performance will be provided at all. If no performance is provided due to cancellation by me (or by you/the event organizers with 24 hours of notice), your balance will be refunded or you will not be charged. Your booking fee will not be refunded – thank you for understanding that I start preparations and make changes based on bookings!
